Interval Training is based on the proven fact that you keep heart rate high by using both endurance and intensity cardio intervals burns fat and calories at a much higher rate than slow, steady exercises.

The class includes some step aerobics and other cardio exercise, hand weights, and toning exercises to build strength, improve cardiovascular functions, and tone the body from head to toe.

All classes at Complete Fitness are designed to adjust to any fitness level. Call for times!
